MR Masterminds is a closed group for business leaders who believe a problem shared is a problem halved. Joining a group is an opportunity to regularly work on your business (as opposed to in it). You get the benefit of having 6* of the sharpest brains on earth work together to resolve your thorny business issues with you. The strengths and weaknesses of your business can be revealed from the vantage point of 5 other leaders who have the benefit of being detached and therefore objective. You have accountability partners who motivate you to follow through on the changes you decide to implement. You have the opportunity to give back by providing advice and insight to fellow group members based upon your experiences from running your business and living your life. You develop a wider network of associates and friends – opening up opportunities you may never have otherwise come across. You learn more, grow faster and relax more. |
How does it work?
Each group consists of 6 business leaders from different (non-competing) sectors
Group sessions are a safe space to explore your options / Shared learning experiences
Fellow group members support you to try out & build out the ideas you’ve wanted to implement but have struggled to find time for previously
Your fellow group member act as accountability partners who help you keep the promises you make to yourself and your business
You benefit from the opportunity to capitalise on energy from your group
Meetings take place once a fortnight and are 2 hours long
Programme is for 9 months
Participation is via on-line meetings
